Two ears
One mouth;
Why?
We are all too busy talking
Nobody listens;
Our only interest
Is in getting Our point of view
Out there;
To hear, really listen
No one cares;
When the tongue starts to flap and flail
We don’t even have time to exhale;
It’s so important to let others know
Where you’ve been
That it’s so hard to listen;
The volume of chaos
Must be turned down
Mute the sound;
